I am the only Exclusive Buyer's Agent (EBA) in the Vancouver, Washington area. Exclusive Buyer's Agents are members of the National Association of Realtors representing buyers exclusively. I am a counselor; not a seller.
I am committed to service! My goal is to completely satisfy my clients throughout each step of the home buying process.
There are many that will say they can represent you. They call themselves Buyer's Agents (BA's). Only an EBA such as myself can guarantee to represent you. That is because BA's work for brokerages that take listings (and therefore, represent sellers) while I run a company that never takes listings and never represents a seller. In making the decision to not take listings, I have done as much as possible to remove all conflicts of interest for my buyer clients. As a full member of my local board of realtors, I have complete access to all listed properties.
Since sellers pay all commissions, buyers pay nothing extra to have their own agent. As your Exclusive Buyer's Agent, I have no homes to sell that receive priority over other homes on the market.
I have fourteen years of experience in real estate sales in the Vancouver, Washington area; ten of which have been devoted to exclusively representing home buyers. I am a member of the National Assocociation of Exclusive Buyers Agents (NAEBA), and a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Clark County Association of Realtors.
